This policy applies to every profile, post, message, comment, forum thread, course material and file on onlythroat.com. It is part of our Terms of Service and works together with the acceptable use policy.
The principles behind every rule
Every person shown is a verified, consenting adult. Every act shown is consensual, safe and sober. Nothing suggests that anyone is a minor, unwilling or harmed. When we are not sure a piece of content meets these principles, we do not publish it.
Gagging is treated on OnlyThroat as a reflex people learn to manage. It is never promoted as a genre, a goal or a sign of distress.
What creators may publish
Verified creators may publish adult content of consenting adults, including explicit content, behind the paywall and the age check, provided every person in it is verified and has signed a model release and consent form.
- Solo content and content with verified adult partners
- Educational and technique content, trainers and toys used safely
- Safe-for-work teasers, photos and text for public profile areas
- Text, polls, pay per view posts and paid messages within these rules
Public areas, including profile previews, category pages and the forum, show safe-for-work content only. Explicit images, video and text never appear on public pages.
What is never allowed
The following content is prohibited everywhere on OnlyThroat, including in private messages, locked posts, vault files and forum threads.
- Any minor, or anyone who appears to be under 18, regardless of their real age, including through clothing, props, settings, makeup, body presentation or language.
- Age-play or any roleplay, caption or title that suggests a person is a minor, a teen, a student at school or otherwise underage.
- Incest framing, including roleplay, titles or captions that describe participants as family members.
- Violence, physical harm, injury, slapping to cause harm or any depiction of abuse.
- Choking, strangulation or breath restriction, including choking to unconsciousness or any loss of consciousness.
- Non-consent, including consensual non-consent roleplay, simulated force, coercion, blackmail or content with a person who appears unwilling.
- Intoxication or incapacitation, including content where any person appears drunk, drugged, asleep, unconscious or otherwise unable to consent.
- Hidden camera, voyeur or any recording or sharing without the knowledge and consent of every person shown.
- Deepfakes, face swaps or synthetic sexual images or video of real people, and any content that impersonates someone else.
- Content of any person who is not verified, or whose model release and consent form are missing.
- Bestiality, necrophilia, bodily harm, blood play, scat, and any content involving weapons in a sexual context.
- Content that promotes self-harm, eating disorders or the use of numbing sprays to suppress the gag reflex.
- Content that infringes copyright, including reuploads of someone else's work. See our DMCA page.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing or sharing anyone's personal information.
- Solicitation of in-person sexual services, escorting or any off-platform payment arrangement.
How we screen content
Every upload passes automated pre-screening before it can go live. We compare files against lists of known abuse material using hash matching and run classifiers that look for signs of minors, violence, non-consent and incapacitation. We also check that every person shown has a verified record linked to the post.
Ambiguous content is rejected. If an automated check or a reviewer cannot confirm that a post follows this policy, the post stays off the platform. The creator can ask for a review by email and provide the records that resolve the doubt.
Published content can be reviewed again at any time, including after a report.
Child sexual abuse material
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Any such material is removed at once, the account and every linked account are banned permanently, any pending payouts are withheld and the case is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). We preserve the records required by law and cooperate with law enforcement.
If you see anything that may involve a minor, report it or email [email protected], and report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline as well.
How we enforce this policy
Depending on the seriousness of the breach, we may take one or more of these actions.
- Remove or reject the content
- Restrict features such as posting, messaging or payouts
- Suspend the account while we review the case
- Terminate the account permanently and refuse new accounts from the same person
- Withhold earnings connected to prohibited content
- Report the case to NCMEC or to law enforcement where the law requires it or a person is at risk
Serious breaches, such as content involving minors, non-consent or real-person deepfakes, lead to a permanent ban on the first occurrence.
Reviews and appeals
If you believe we removed content or acted on your account by mistake, email [email protected] with the subject Content review and include the link to the post or profile and the reason you think the decision is wrong. We review each request and reply by email. Decisions on content involving minors are final.
Reporting content
Every profile, post, message, comment and forum thread has a report button. Members can also use the report page. Anyone can email [email protected]. Read more in our safety center and about creator verification.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the law, the platform or the risks change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of OnlyThroat after a change means you accept the updated policy.
