Our statement under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A
onlythroat.com is a platform where verified adult creators publish their own content. For all content published on onlythroat.com, records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257, 18 U.S.C. 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are kept.
Before any content is published, every creator and every co-performer who appears in it provides a valid government-issued photo ID, completes a liveness check confirming that the person matches the ID and signs a model release and consent form. Content that shows a person without a matching verified record is not published.
Records include the legal name and date of birth of each performer, a copy of the identification document examined, any other names, stage names or aliases used by the performer, and the content each performer appears in.
Content that does not depict actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, such as text guides, course text and safe-for-work teasers, is outside the scope of these requirements. We still verify every person who appears in any content.

The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A for all content on this website are kept by the Custodian of Records, onlythroat.com.
Requests from authorised authorities concerning these records can be sent to the Custodian of Records, onlythroat.com, at [email protected] with the subject 2257 records. We respond to lawful requests and make records available for inspection as the law requires.
Content produced by creators
Each creator is the producer of the content they upload and agrees, under our creator terms, to collect and provide the records for every performer before upload. Our verification process collects, checks and stores these records centrally so that a complete record exists for every piece of content on the platform.
Reporting a concern
If you believe any content on onlythroat.com shows a person under 18, or a person who did not consent, report it or email [email protected] at once. We remove child sexual abuse material immediately and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). You can also report directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
