In these Terms, "OnlyThroat", "we" and "us" mean the administrator of the onlythroat.com service, and "you" means the person using the service. "Service" means the website onlythroat.com, the fan platform, the Academy, the forum, the shop pages and every related feature.
Accepting these Terms
By creating an account, subscribing, buying or using the service you accept these Terms together with our privacy policy, refund policy, content policy, acceptable use policy, cookie policy and DMCA policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Adults only
OnlyThroat is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and allowed by the law of your location to view adult content. Explicit content is shown only after login, age verification and payment.
If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it at once. Do not let anyone under 18 use your device or account to access the service.
Your account
You need an account to subscribe, buy, post in the forum or publish as a creator. You must give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person may hold one account. Couples plan members each have their own login linked to the plan. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or shared.
We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Fan subscriptions, bundles, pay per view, tips and messages
Creators set the price of their subscriptions, from 4.99 to 49.99 USD per month per tier, with up to 3 tiers. Creators may offer bundles of 3, 6 or 12 months at a discount they choose. A bundle is billed in full at the start of its period.
A subscription gives you access to the content of that creator's tier for as long as the subscription is active. It renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at purchase until you cancel.
Pay per view posts unlock a single post at the price set by the creator. Tips and paid messages are payments to the creator that you choose to make. Unlocked content stays available to you while your account and the creator's account are active and the content complies with our policies.
You can top up a wallet balance to pay for tips and messages. The wallet balance is prepaid credit for use on OnlyThroat only, cannot be withdrawn or transferred and has no cash value.
Academy plans and automatic renewal
The Academy is available on three plans. Academy costs 29 USD per month, or 174 USD per year billed yearly. Academy Pro costs 49 USD per month, or 288 USD per year billed yearly. Couples costs 79 USD per month, or 474 USD per year billed yearly and includes 2 linked logins. Plan contents are described on the pricing page.
Every plan is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period at the then current price until you cancel. We tell you before any price change takes effect for your next period.
You can cancel at any time in your account panel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Switching to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference at once, and the new plan applies when that payment succeeds. Switching to a lower plan applies from your next renewal.
The training plan demo shows Day 1 of a generated plan without an account. It is a one-time preview, not a plan.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars. You pay by card on the secure payment page of our card payment partner or through our crypto checkout. Card charges show a discreet billing descriptor. Taxes may be added where the law requires.
You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your chosen payment method for every purchase and every renewal. If a renewal payment fails, it stays due and may be retried, and access may be paused until it is paid.
All payments are final, except as set out in our refund policy. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first is a breach of these Terms and leads to closure of the account.
Creators and payouts
To publish and earn, a creator must complete creator verification, and every person appearing in their content must be verified and sign a model release and consent form. Creators are independent and are not our employees or agents.
There is no monthly fee for creators. OnlyThroat keeps a platform fee of 20 percent of each payment from fans, and the creator receives 80 percent. Earnings are paid out weekly once the balance reaches the minimum payout of 50 USD, by bank transfer or to a crypto wallet in the name of the verified creator.
Earnings from payments that are refunded, reversed or charged back, and earnings connected to content that breaks our policies, are deducted or withheld. Creators are responsible for their own taxes and for any tax forms we request.
Agencies and managers may operate creator accounts only through the team roles in the creator studio and only with the written authority of the verified creator.
Your content and the licence you give us
Creators and forum members keep ownership of the content they post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes such as compression and previews, and distribute that content on the service, and to use safe-for-work excerpts to promote your profile on onlythroat.com. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for legal reasons, records keeping or the resolution of disputes.
You confirm that you own or have all rights to everything you post, and that every person shown is a verified adult who consented.
What fans may do with content
When you subscribe or unlock content, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view it on OnlyThroat for your own private use. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or publish it anywhere else. Academy courses and practice plans are licensed for your personal learning only, and Couples materials for the two linked members.
Prohibited use
You must follow our content policy and acceptable use policy. In particular, you may not involve or depict anyone under 18, post content without the consent of every person shown, harass or threaten anyone, share personal information of others, pirate content, solicit payments off the platform, misuse payment methods, attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorised to use, scrape the service or interfere with its operation.
Educational content is not medical advice
Guides, Academy courses, practice plans and forum posts are educational content for adults and are not medical advice. You practise at your own risk and choice. Stop on pain, blood or breathing difficulty, and see a doctor if symptoms persist. Never use numbing products to suppress the gag reflex.
Shop and other stores
Shop pages are editorial buying guides. When you buy a product from another store, the purchase is a contract between you and that store, under its own terms. Our notes are editorial descriptions, not guarantees. If we ever earn a commission from a link, the page says so next to that link.
Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account, after cancelling any active subscriptions in your account panel.
We may suspend or close your account, remove content or withhold creator earnings connected to a breach if you break these Terms or our policies, if required by law, or to protect users, creators or the service. Serious breaches, such as content involving minors, non-consent or deepfakes of real people, lead to immediate permanent closure.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including licences already granted for legal records, payment obligations, disclaimers and limitation of liability, survive it.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or that content created by creators or forum members is accurate. Creators are responsible for their own content and conduct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Your responsibility for your use
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from content you post, your breach of these Terms or your breach of the law or of the rights of others.
Disputes and applicable law
If you have a complaint, contact [email protected] first and give us a fair chance to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the administrator of the onlythroat.com service, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where the law allows you to.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when the service, the law or our policies change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For material changes affecting paid plans, we tell you by email or in your account before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, cancel and stop using the service.
