OnlyThroat is built for consenting adults, and safety comes before anything we publish, sell or teach.

Safety is the product, not a footnote

Everything on OnlyThroat sits on four commitments. Every person in every clip is a verified adult. Every upload is screened before anyone can see it. Anyone can report anything. And everything we teach puts comfort, consent and health first.

Every person in every clip is age and ID verified

No creator can publish or earn until we verify their government ID and complete a liveness check that confirms the person holding the ID is the person on camera.

Every co-performer who appears in any post signs a model release and a consent form and goes through the same identity and age check. A clip with an unverified person in it is never published.

We keep the records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 for all content on the platform. Fans pass an age verification step before any explicit content is shown.

Every upload is screened before it goes live

Nothing a creator uploads is visible until it passes automated pre-screening. We compare every file against lists of known abuse material using hash matching, and we run classifiers that look for signs of minors, violence, non-consent and incapacitation.

If a case is ambiguous, it is rejected. We do not publish content and hope it is fine. A rejected upload stays off the platform, and the creator can ask for a review with the supporting records.

Any child sexual abuse material is removed at once, the account is banned permanently and the case is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

What we never allow

Our content policy lists what is prohibited in detail. In short, OnlyThroat never allows minors or anyone who appears underage, age-play, incest framing, violence, choking to unconsciousness, non-consent or consensual non-consent roleplay, intoxication, hidden cameras or deepfakes of real people.

Gagging appears on OnlyThroat only as a reflex that people learn to manage. It is never a genre and never a goal.

Report anything, from anywhere

There is a report button on every profile, post, message, comment and forum thread. Members can also use the report page to send a detailed report with a category and a description.

If you do not have an account, email [email protected] and describe what you saw and where. If you believe a child is at risk, report it to the NCMEC CyberTipline as well, and contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Health basics for anyone who practices

Deep oral sex involves the mouth, the soft palate and the throat, which are sensitive tissues. A few rules keep practice safe.

Practice only sober, rested and with a consenting adult partner, or on your own with a body-safe toy.
Agree on a stop signal that works without speaking, such as a double tap, and respect it every time.
Breathe through your nose, go slowly and never force depth.
Never use numbing sprays. They suppress the gag reflex, which is a protective reflex, so you lose the warning that something is wrong.
Use water-based lube on toys and keep toys clean.
Stop at once if you feel pain, see blood or have any difficulty breathing.
